We appreciate you filling out our one-time registration and you are all set to drop off your laundry items anytime between the hours of 8am-7pm moving forward. Please allow 24 hours to be added to our system.

If you pre-register and need to drop off that same day, please email us at hello@spinlaundrylounge.com to ensure we are able to get you entered into our system before you arrive.

In order for you to have a no contact payment process, you will receive a Card on File authorization form in a separate email for you to complete if you choose.

HERE ARE A FEW TIPS:

• Bring your laundry in washable and closeable bags! This will help keep all items contained in the space. If you don’t have any that's completely fine - we have our red Spin Bags available for you to load your items into upon arrival and then once your order is complete, we will pack into clean biodegradable plastic bag(s).

  We are also selling our black and teal Spin Bags at 20% off at time of drop off or pick up so you can add those to your order - we will wash and dry the bag and then pack the items back into it for a no waste experience!

• Pre-sort your laundry! Each bag gets washed together and dried together. You can also combine bags together to meet our poundage limits.

• Please un-ball socks, un-roll pant legs, etc! Items go directly from bags into washers, so please remember to do this step before drop off to ensure the best wash!
